Our menu for the holiday and the days leading up to it will transport you to a country where traditional dishes celebrating the birth of Christ are prepared with a wide variety of spices. Just think of spices like cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg.
Starting November 16, 2026, we at SALIBA will be cooking fish, meat, and vegetables in harmony with the world of spices. Here at SALIBA, a delicious aroma fills the air.
