In the cozy atmosphere of our Madraset ibn Saliba, we invite the family to cook together. Here you can discover the art of Levantine cuisine.
Together we marinate lamb and chicken with fragrant herbs and exquisite spices, cook according to traditional recipes and transform them into classic dishes.
Between the sizzling of the pans and the scent of cardamom, sumac and fresh mint, more than just a meal is created - memories are made here.
Once the work is done, the family enjoys what their own hands have created at the large table. The evening comes to an end with a glass of Lebanese wine or ayran.
