A culinary journey through Syria

In the January issue of the magazine "Essen & Trinken", the restaurant Saliba Alsterarkaden is listed among the top 50 restaurants in Hamburg.

Hadiya is Arabic and means gift. Hadiya is also the name for Saliba's fine products, a range of selected ingredients from Arabic cuisine.
