Between objects and moments: Hamburg in the focus of Jakob Touba
Impressions from the neighborhood are photographed by Jakob Touba. With his keen eye for angles and the interplay of different objects, he shows Hamburg like no other.
November: Pomegranate time
Pomegranates are at their ripest in November and are best suited for pressing. Our fruits come from Persia and are famous for their body, aroma and taste.
- The lamb fillets are briefly fried and seasoned with royal pepper, the sauce is refined with cardamom.
- Sugar snaps and saffron rice accompany the tender meat.
- First of all, of course, is the mazza as a starter in all its opulence.
- Finally: sweets from the Damascene patisserie.
The menu is only served by the table.
